Why are we doing this?
To have an open and honest conversation about the impact of perimenopause and menopause on our daily lives, by shining a light on the bits of it that we don’t often talk about in public.
These stories need to be told. They help. They heal.
How do I win?
Submit your story above. Multiple Entries per person are permitted, however each entrant is only eligible to win once. Once the contest is over, every story will be reviewed. Three winners will be selected by our team, based on how relatable the stories are, how funny, how embarrassing, how uplifting, and how representative they are of all our experiences.
One winner will be crowned ‘Australia’s Hottest Woman.’

What Happens to my story?
Submissions will be compiled into a news story and given to publishing partners in order to tell the world what impact perimenopause and menopause can really have on our lives.
What are the prizes?
