The visibility wound, the wound of being seen, being heard, being understood. Not seen as in, that is a nice photo of you. I am really talking about being seen into your soul.
For so many women, there is this deep fear, this terror, this holding of breath when someone might truly see you, hear you, understand you, resonate with you and love you for it. What if they see me and they do not love me? What if they reject me? What if they misunderstand? What if they see a distortion of me? What if they cannot hold the fullness of me?
What if I am not safe to be seen?
Really, it comes down to so many iterations of being burned, being taken, being dethroned, depowered, demystified. We are collectively working through our own resumption of personal power. Power in vitality. Power in self. Power to earn and be. Power to be worthy and valued and vital and important and enough as we are, with no changes, no edits, no if it was this, then maybe.
This is part of the reason I got into a beauty brand business that is so anti beauty industry. Not anti beauty in the true sense of the word beauty, but anti the industry that has so rarely celebrated our innate beauty. So much of it asks: how do we market to women in a way that activates the fears, the wounds, the deep pain they feel in their innate worth?
We come into a world that normalises feeling unworthy, inadequate, unbeautiful, and then reduces beauty to physical appearance. It reduces the worth of a woman to physical appearance. It reduces who she is to physical appearance.
And yet your body is not nothing.
Your body is your biotechnological system of amplification, of expression, of creation, of infinity while you are here on this planet. It is the mechanism through which you connect to the harmonic resonance of the earth, where you live in coherence with your truth. You need your body to create. You need your body to create life, yes, but you also need your body to create everything else.
The embodiment of spirit into your biotechnology system is where the magic happens.
We are not here only to look beautiful at the surface level. We are here to find the beauty that is life, that is woman, that is us. When you step into your body and live from the place of, I am an infinite being and all that I am is all that I am, you begin to understand how toxic the collective mantra has been. So much of it is about destroying the connection a woman has to her body.
The beauty industry works because the programming is incessant. Whether you subscribe or not, whether you follow the brands or not, the message still enters the mind. You are not enough as you are. You need to buy this thing in order to have what you want.
And even if it is not you, remember that you were gestated in your mother. You lived in your mother’s body. What did she consume? What did she believe? What did she know to be true? And before that, you were in your mother inside your grandmother. What did your grandmother believe to be true?
There are imprints on our DNA, trauma patterns we inherit around this insidious concept of I am separate, I am not enough, I am unloved, I need to heal something, change something, fix something in order to be beautiful, loved, enough, worthy, valued, free, alive, safe.
So when we try to unpack the visibility wound as if it is just fear of making a little Instagram video, it is not that. Imagine the power you would have showing up in any domain, in any arena, in your full power. Available to be seen. Available to be heard. Available to be understood. Equally available to be incorrectly seen, incorrectly heard, incorrectly understood, or even completely misunderstood.
Breathe out.
Truth, are you not an infinite being?
There is another way of looking at the visibility wound. How do you become the flame of your own life? Whether that is fire, light, heat, transformation, Phoenix rising energy, rebirth, death, endings, beginnings, or embodying a much higher, bolder, more grounded self belief.
Nobody else is now your guide, your guru. You have fired them all. It is just you and the future pathway going forward.
You can feel, I want to put myself out there. I want to have this bigger life. I know I am powerful. I know I am here for these times. I am brave, courageous, capable, but I am hesitating. And I am angry at myself for hesitating.
What if your safety mechanism is downstream of expression?
What if your terror is upstream of the initiation of speaking?
What if your power activates after the leap, not before?
What if you do not get courage in order to act, but you get courage because you acted? You do not get safety in order to speak. You get safety because you spoke. You do not get clarity in order to move. You move, and then clarity comes.
This is not hustle culture. This is not just do it and ignore your body. We have no value in grind culture if the nervous system collapses. But we also do not want to stay in inaction forever because we understand things happened in our herstory that have not been discussed, resolved, or released from the body.
So we use the body. We use the emotion. We use the spiritual. We combine all of this into a biotechnology system of feminine expression that moves us into calibration and safety.
Find the place in you that freezes. The place where action does not come. The room where you cannot turn on the light. The childhood terror. The silence. The wolves at the end of the bed, whatever your wolves were.
Stand in that crucible.
Feel the rage of all the silence. All the misunderstandings. All the injustice. All the killings, perpetrations, prosecutions, beheadings, hangings, everything taken from your lineage and from women as a whole. Feel how your sexuality has been stripped from you. Feel how your sensuality and desire, these mechanisms that bring you into creative power, have been diminished.
Then let the crucible become the womb.
Let the womb become the corridor, the portal, the gateway.
Let the flames of rage become light. Let them ask, would you like me to burn it away now?
And let your womb, your creative portal, answer yes.
From there, the passage opens. From womb to throat. From pelvis to voice. From creative centre to expression. Your deeper feminine, primordial, creative truth can move directly through your voice.
Then visibility is no longer about TikTok, or beauty, or makeup, or not being enough. It becomes a deep reconnection to the pull of your own body.
Because true beauty does not come from the heart alone. It comes from an open womb space. It comes from open sexuality and sensuality. Your confidence is different when it comes from your pelvis. When your hips loosen, when your power centre opens, what you create becomes a different texture, a different expression of beauty.
The power we own within us shows up on our face, in our skin, in our digestion, in our expression, in our hair, in our nails, in the way we live.
Money cannot buy that. Creams cannot manufacture it. Clothing cannot perform it for you.
When you choose your power and your coherence to truth first, and align your life and womb to nature and nature’s cycles, what comes out on your face begins to rearrange your life. You naturally shift your diet. You naturally shift your clothes. You naturally let go of relationships that do not align with the woman of power you are becoming.
This is true beauty outside the beauty industry. This is not skincare. This is soulcare.
Do you need courage to act, or do you need to act and then find courage?
Do you need safety to speak, or do you need to start speaking and then find safety?
Find the part of you that already loves you. The infinite being. The one with so much love already inside her.
Truth, does an infinite being hate herself?
Truth, are you an infinite being?
And when the tears stop flowing, when the body finally knows, when the voice begins to open, you may discover that being seen was never the danger. The danger was disappearing from yourself.
