To achieve that, Phenxx donates 1% of  profit to fund scientific research and technology solution development into uterine health via our accredited partner laboratories and research hubs in gynepathology in Australia and the US. Your purchase of any Phenxx products directly funds research into women's health. You can also make accredited and safe donations independent of any purchase via our website.

Our environmental impact is of highest importance and a key pillar of our foundation as a company. We are here to give back more than we take. All our ingredients, materials and inputs have the lowest possible carbon and environmental footprint possible. We even write your thank you letters in ink made from air captured carbon. We use recycled materials in our products and packaging to ensure the lowest possible natural resource use.  We manufacture and procure locally. All our materials and packaging is offset through our planting program.  Phenxx gives 1% to the planet.

We concoct and create all our oils and natural use products in Byron Bay.

We collect Goods and Services Tax of 10% in Australia in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by Australian laws. GST is included in the price of your order but will be itemised in your cart at checkout.

Phenxx offers the following shipping options for shipments within Australia:

• Free standard shipping on purchases with a subtotal of $300 and over, after any promotions and discounts are applied. This offer is only eligible for Australian orders, and does not apply to International orders.
• $9.00 for standard shipping on purchases with a subtotal of less than $60 after any promotions and discounts are applied
• Standard shipping times  are 2-6 days.

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, and major credit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for all unused and unwashed items for a full refund or exchange. No opened or used items can be returned or exchanged. Please email hello@phenxx.com to request a refund or exchange.

Yes, for unused and unwashed items we will provide free return postage. In fact, we will send you the return label once you've been approved for a refund or exchange by our friendly team.. Simply put the label on the recycled packaging we sent you and drop it off at your post office. Returning goods to us is designed to be as hassle free as possible! We know you've already got more than enough to do, no need to add this to your list!

The best way to care for your Cooling Canvas® is to treat it as if it were a delicate item. Wash the Cooling Canvas® with towels or lines to reduce any potential damage caused by the washing machine.. We recommend a 30- 60 degree C wash. We recommend that you line dry the protector in the shade out of the direct sun. Line hanging your bedding is both better for the environment and also reduces the heat the product is exposed to and will maintain the useable life of your protector.  Do not use bleach or solvents and do not dry clean.

To maintain the optimum condition of the Cooling Canvas® and its warranty conditions, we recommend line drying in the shade only. If you must tumble dry, do so on low to medium heat (max 60 degrees Celsius).

We recommend 30-60 degrees Celsius. The care instructions we recommend is a maximum 60 degree Celsius wash with delicate gentle detergent.  Given that your Cooling Canvas® is treated with our XX Anti-bac™ technology, 99.99% bacteria, mould, fungus, dust mites and other microbes are mostly killed on mechanical impact and a 60 degree C wash will suffice. This will increase the lifetime of your Cooling Canvas® and still give you that antibacterial deep wash required.

Our Cooling Canvas® is made from knitted Tencel™ lyocell, Cooling Threads™ and our AntiFlush™ Technology. The combination of which enables the sleeper to maintain a cool sleep surface and keep them cool while sleeping. See our product pages for more information.

Phenxx AntiFlush™fibres absorbs heat quickly which makes it pleasantly cool to touch. Compared to other materials Phenxx AntiFlush™ fibres are strong and resistant to wear, making them very durable, smooth and comfortable. We couple this with Tencel™ (Lyocell) made from sustainably sourced wood, primarily eucalyptus, which grows quickly without the need for extensive irrigation or pesticides. The production process is also eco-friendly, using a closed-loop system that recycles water and solvents, minimising environmental impact. Tencel™ fibres have a natural ability to regulate moisture, keeping the body cool and dry. Its natural breathability promotes air circulation, preventing overheating and ensuring a comfortable sleep experience. Its soft and breathable nature makes it ideal for hot sleepers. Strong and durable, Tencel™ fibres ensure bedding made from this material lasts a long time. Tencel™ fibres are round, smooth and friction free making them ideal for sensitive skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and contact dermatitis. Tencel™ fibres are very efficient at absorbing moisture and wicking it away from the body, keeping the skin dry and comfortable throughout the night. The fibres are naturally smooth, creating a luxuriously silky-smooth fabric that drapes beautifully and feels gentle against the skin. Furthermore, the nature of the fibres is ideal for reducing static buildup. Tencel™ has natural antibacterial properties, inhibiting the growth of bacteria and ensuring a hygienic sleep surface and with our XX Antibac™ Technology added in addition, 99.99% of microbes and dustmites are destroyed keeping the sleeper's skin safe and fresh.

The combination of AntiFlush™ Technology and Tencel™ means that the sleep surface is Cool to the touch and the thermoregulation during the night are both achieved to the best possible degree.

We do an initial shrink test of all our Cooling Canvas® products to test at 60-degree wash tumble dry for 100 washes. We do a breathability test with our silent waterproof fabric. Then we do a pressure test to ensure that no liquid passes through the silent waterproof layer. A peeling test is also conducted.

All Phenxx products are independently quality tested in Australia by Textile Technologists, David Heffer and Associates, and SGS Laboratories to ensure our high quality and durability standards. Therefore you can be safely assured that all our product testing is verified and validated.

The Cooling Canvas® range is made in Melbourne, Australia. Phenxx is committed to reducing its global supply chain footprint, and believes wherever it is possible we will commit to reducing shipping miles for our products, supporting local jobs and manufacturing in Australia. 

The Cooling Canvas® products are produced through our local partnership program. Through this program we produce our bedding products with a novel Virtual Manufacturing System (VMS) that connects robotics-based machinery to a digital twin allowing for a faster and more flexible manufacturing approach to address changing customer requirements while maintaining cost competitiveness for our range of products. 2. The Phenxx representative will require information as to the defect of the protector.
3. The original purchase receipt for the protector, as applicable, must be retained and provided to validate these guarantees.
4. To make a claim under the 1 year warranty, the protector is to be sent to Phenxx for inspection and testing.
5. Any products are to be returned to Phenxx Pty Ltd at the cost of the purchaser.
6. If the product is deemed faulty and in requirement of replacement, Phenxx Pty Ltd will arrange for the protector to be replaced at no additional cost to the purchaser. Once the replacement has been made, Phenxx Pty Ltd becomes the owner of the original protector.

Toxins on some textiles can harm your health through breathing, skin contact and saliva. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified products have been tested for harmful substances to protect your health.This label certifies that every component of the product, from the fabric to the thread and accessories, has been rigorously tested against a list of up to 350 toxic chemicals.

If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. The test is conducted by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of an extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalogue. In the test they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements. The criteria catalogue is updated at least once a year and expanded with new scientific knowledge or statutory requirements. It is not easy for manufacturers and customers to keep an overview of the legal situation concerning harmful substances every day. Experts from the OEKO-TEX® institutes do this for you.

 It has been designed to ensure the effect the dyeing industry has on the environment is minimised, and the garments produced are safe for consumers as well as the people who make and sell them.

Thermocool™ pillows works because of the Reactex® technology, a proprietary chemistry and patented cooling process which is a type of Phase Change Material (PCM). A PCM is an innovative substance which can absorb or release large amounts of 'latent' heat when they go through a change in their physical state, i.e. from solid to liquid and vice versa. 

This next generation climate control is a pressure activated gradient system that continuously controls the transfer of energy (heat) away from your body into continuous comfort and all day and night cooling, which will recharge and support deeper sleep. The chemistry of this regenerative cooling technology is proprietary and the processes are patented.

The Thermocool™ Pillow is really unique on the market because it uses more than the standard amount of PCM compared to other cooling products. You can find this technology on both the cover of the Thermocool™ pillow and inside in the memory foam of the Thermocool™ pillow meaning it can pull more latent heat that the average cooling pillow on the market, making it perfect for women with hot flushes or larger amounts of latent heat. It also works really quickly, usually it is fully activated after only 8 seconds. The Reactex® technology constantly regenerates itself and your body by using body heat. Heat builds up in each layer and ‘spills’ over into the next larger, layer with increasing levels of Reactex®. Independent lab testing shows that during a cooling capacity comparison test Reactex® pillows perform between 25–40 times cooler than all the other standard pillows without Reactex®.

We partnered with Reactex due to the rapid action of their technology and the fact that it is pulling heat from the body and storing it only to release it later. It will continuously pull latent heat from the body and constantly recharge itself, meaning it will start working as quickly as 8 seconds and continue to move energy and disperse heat away from the body to customise temperature regulation for the sleeper.
