Phenxx's 1 Year Product Warranty - General terms and conditions of these Guarantees.

Phenxx Pty Ltd nor its distributors nor "on-sellers" make any express warranties or representations other than set out in these Guarantees.
Our Cooling Canvas® comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided to you by the Guarantees are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

How to make a warranty claim

To register a claim you must:

Contact Phenxx Pty Ltd on hello@phenxx.com within (3) days of the incident occuring.
The Phenxx representative will require information as to the defect of the protector.
The original purchase receipt for the protector, as applicable, must be retained and provided to validate these guarantees.
To make a claim under the 1 year warranty, the protector is to be sent to Phenxx for inspection and testing.
Any products are to be returned to Phenxx Pty Ltd at the cost of the purchaser. Phenxx in its sole discretion may choose to refund the cost of postage.
If the product is deemed faulty and in requirement of replacement, Phenxx Pty Ltd will arrange for the protector to be replaced at no additional cost to the purchaser. Once the replacement has been made, Phenxx Pty Ltd becomes the owner of the original protector.

Thermocool pillows are manufactured in China.

Materials

Cover Material: Pillow coverings are made from either 100% polyester or a combination of polyester and nylon.
Filling Material: Pillow fillings are made from either 100% memory foam or a combination of polyester and memory foam.
