Wild came in like a storm and refused to leave until I told the truth.

She didn’t let me create her until I became her. And every time I tried to express her without full integrity, I could feel it—my body literally rejected it. She would not allow approximation. Not in life. Not in language. Not in oil.

While I was crafting her, an actual cyclone was sweeping across southeast Queensland. I was out in my backyard stripping everything down, deciding what to keep, what to protect, what to let go. And I realised—that’s what Wild does.She clears. She cuts. She removes everything that doesn’t belong so you can finally see what does.

And she didn’t just do it in my house. She did it in my life. A lot didn’t make it back in the door.

Creating Wild was like holding a mirror to every place I’d said “I’m fine” when I wasn’t. Every time I said yes when I meant no. Every time I softened or explained or justified something I shouldn’t have. Wild came in and burned that out. She made me choose my truth—over comfort, over safety, over approval.

Even in the oil itself—thick, golden, primal—she has this heat. The ginger, the labdanum, the pepper... they don’t wait for you to feel ready. They meet you where you are, and pull you deeper. Every drop of Wild is alive with that energy. It's not just scent—it's movement.
