I was a hot mess when menopause hit! I had delayed menopause at 56 and gained 40lbs. I started making my physical & mental health a priority. Got a gym membership and began intermittent fasting for weight loss & other meno issues last year. I’m almost 60 now, down 45lbs and feel better than I did in my 30’s.
