I grew up in the Pilbara. But I've never been hotter than in perimenopause.

I've never told anyone this, but even though I grew up in really hot places in Australia, I have never been hotter or more uncomfortable than in perimenopause.
My menopause, well perimenopause, is well making my life miserable.
I'm hyper-sensitive to HRT testosterone makes me feel sick even tho I need it through bad skin mood swings if there's a symptom I must have most I would say but I literally have to strip my clothes off in bed can't remember the last time I had the fan not on and then off and on and off. I've started buying 4XL men's cotton tshirts to make me not feel vulnerable with no clothes on for now it's helping.
The cooling mattress protector helps where nothing else really has my fiancé gets better rest too if I'm not up and down all night long. I am hot then cold. I should be used to this weather because I grew up in the Pilbara and I've lived in the Wheatbelt for 10 years. Nothing can prepare you for the internal heat of perimenopause no matter if you've lived in super hot weather. It is just so different.
